How can I contact customer service?

How much is shipping?

Dear Annabelle offers free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more. For orders less than $125 we offer three options. Standard ground shipping through FedEx is available for a flat rate of $10. Second day service is available for $25. Overnight service is available for $35. Orders for expedited shipping service must be placed by 12 p.m. ET; orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will be shipping the following day.

Does Dear Annabelle accept returns?

Dear Annabelle accepts returns up to 14 days from the purchase delivery date. Please email customercare@dearannabelle.com to request a return and receive a prepaid label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new and resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Does Dear Annabelle offer custom services?

Dear Annabelle provides limited custom printing services. If you are interested in working with Dear Annabelle on a custom project, like an invitation or birth announcement, please reach out to us on custom@dearannabelle.com to discuss.

Does Dear Annabelle offer gift wrapping?

Dear Annabelle products make perfect gifts. As our products are packaged in our signature box with ribbon, we do not offer any additional gift wrapping. However, we are happy to include a hand-written message to any gift.
