How can I contact customer service?

How much is shipping?

Dear Annabelle offers free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more. For orders less than $125 we offer three options. Standard ground shipping through FedEx is available for a flat rate of $10. Second day service is available for $20. Overnight service is available for $35. Orders for expedited shipping service must be placed by 12 p.m. ET; orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will be shipping the following day.

Does Dear Annabelle accept returns?

Dear Annabelle accepts returns up to 14 days from the purchase delivery date. Please email customercare@dearannabelle.com to request a return and receive a prepaid label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a new and resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15.  If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that international orders fulfilled through our third-party partner, International Checkout, are not eligible for returns.

Does Dear Annabelle offer custom services?

Dear Annabelle provides limited custom printing services. If you are interested in working with Dear Annabelle on a custom project, like an invitation or birth announcement, please reach out to us on custom@dearannabelle.com to discuss.

Does Dear Annabelle offer gift wrapping?

Dear Annabelle products make perfect gifts. As our products are packaged in our signature box with ribbon, we do not offer any additional gift wrapping. However, we are happy to include a hand-written message to any gift.


International Orders FAQ

Dear Annabelle has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. You will complete your order on the secure International Checkout page. You may pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once you place your order, please direct all inquiries to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com. Please note that international orders are non-returnable. 


Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Dear Annabelle. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.


Can I check the status of my international order?
