Shipping & Delivery

 

Domestic orders:

Dear Annabelle offers free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more. For orders less than $125 we offer three options. Standard ground shipping through FedEx is available for a flat rate of $5. Second day service is available for $25. Overnight service is available for $35. Orders for expedited shipping service must be placed by 12 p.m. ET; orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will be shipping the following day.

Canadian orders:

Dear Annabelle can only ship to Canada. We hope to ship to other countries shortly. Shipping rates to Canada are $25 - please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties. 

International orders:

Unfortunately, Dear Annabelle does not ship internationally at this time. Please reach out to us at customercare@dearannabelle.com if you have more questions.

Taxes & Duties:

Dear Annabelle does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your purchase is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. 

Package Insurance:

Dear Annabelle insures every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit, until it is delivered to your specified address. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for your purchased goods. If you are sending this package as a gift, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the merchandise.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. Please notify Client Services at customercare@dearannabelle.com if you have refused a package.
